Fire service mourns the loss of Elkhart FD’s Adam Kupsa
It is with a very heavy heart that we share news of the passing of our dear brother Adam Kuspa.
Adam was a well-known, respected, and much-loved member of the local fire service. But for those who don’t know, he started as an explorer with Portage Township Fire Department. He became a career firefighter with the City of Elkhart, where he was recently promoted to Captain and assigned to their Rescue. He remained on the Southwest Central Fire Territory as a volunteer, assisted us with training, and shared many MANY stories of how great Elkhart Fire is.
His coffee cup will never be used again, and his stories will be missed.
The members of Centre Township Professional Fire Fighters Local 5259 and Centre Township administration ask that you please keep his family, the Elkhart Fire Department, and each other in your prayers.
